Body Flow and Balance

The combination of famous Yoga exercises, Tai.Chi and Pilates together create a very effective combination in the development of flexibility, strength and balance. It helps to eradicate stress by making us more focused and more relaxed.
By controlling the breathing and application of several series of different lengths, movements and positions (yoga pose) where a perfect sensation, harmony and balance in the body is created.
Body Flow are exercises for all ages and for pregnant women, the idea of this is harmony and happiness.
