Workshop: Antar Mouna

Antar Mouna (Inner Silence) is a meditation practice which builds up two skills: initially teaching the ability to ‘withdraw’, therefore enabling one to detach from stressful situations, re-gaining control and peace.

Then, in the deeper stages the practice connects one with the witnessing faculty, enabling the possibility to observe and manage thoughts and deeper impressions.
